This centurion offer is brought to you by Keshavji Chhaganlal Jewellers Pvt. Ltd. (“KCJPL”) exclusively for its customers to mark a celebration for completing a century of trust and patronage of four generations.

Keshavji Chhaganlal brings this exclusive offer which entitles 10 (Ten) Lucky Draw Winners to become “Lakhpatis”. This offer is spread in 3 seasons (Aug-Oct), namely;

  • Season 1
    23rd August to 31st August 2025 – 3 Lakhpatis to be announced
  • Season 2
    20th Sept to 2nd October 2025 – 3 Lakhpatis to be announced
  • Season 3
    12th Oct to 23rd October 2025 – 4 Lakhpatis to be announced

 

Every Season is unique and loaded with exclusive discounts and offers along with 10 Lakhpatis. These Offers shall be communicated to through all media including Sms, Whatsapp, Social media, Print media, Radio etc.

 

  1. Offer is meant for Indian Nationals residing in India only at the time of purchase as well as gratification. Minimum age to participate in this Lakhpati Lucky Draw is 18 years and is applicable only to the Original purchaser (the name mentioned in the Tax Invoice) of jewellery from the company-KCJPL and purchased during the periods mentioned above in any or all 3 seasons at Jamshedpur (Jharkhand) only. This Lakhpati Lucky Draw shall not be applicable to the company employees, associates their dependents, advertising and promotional agencies of this Lucky Draw and KCJPL Auditors along with their associate and all dependents (“Participant”).
  2. To participate in “Lakhpati Lucky Draw”the customer must have made new & Eligible Purchase* of jewellery in above mentioned period/’s only from KCJPL store/’s at Jamshedpur.
  3. *Eligible Purchases shall mean & include Gold jewellery, Silver jewellery, Diamond/Polki studded jewellery and Gemstones for a minimum amount of Rs.30,000. Any other purchases including Gold & Silver Bullion/Coins are not eligible for Lucky draw Coupon. One Lucky Draw Coupon will be issued for purchase value of Rs.30,000 and rest in multiples of same.
  1. No duplicate Lakhpati Lucky Draw Coupon/s will be issued in any circumstances.
  1. 10 (Ten) Lucky Draws will be made during all seasons & winners shall be selected on draw basis in KCJPL store. Lucky winners will be given Lakhpati vouchers worth One Lac This Draw would be held as per the discretion of KCJPL.
  2. The Lakhpati vouchers shall not be redeemable in Cash and can be utilized only against fresh/new purchase of KC Gold jewellery, Gemstones, Silver & Diamond Jewellery of the equivalent amount of the eligible gift voucher. Lakhpati vouchers are not redeemable against Gold/Silver Bullion or coins.
  3. Lakhpati voucher must be redeemed by the eligible winner in person at any of our stores at Jamshedpur.
  4. Lakhpati Vouchers are not transferable and no cash payment in lieu of the any gratification will be made.
  1. The Original Invoice with Original Coupon is compulsory for the winner to claim the Lakhpati Voucher with a valid Identity & Address Proof (PAN Card / Voter Card / Ration Card / Passport / Driving License, etc.) to KCJPL.
  1. All Winners of Lakhpati Lucky Draw shall be liable to TDS @31.20% u/s 194-B of the Income Tax Act. Winners shall be required to deposit an upfront payment of Rs.31,200 on Rs.1,00,000 Lakhpati voucher by Cheque/Online before redemption of the same.
  2. KCJPL being the organizer of the above Lakhpati Lucky Draw, its decision will be final and binding with regard to the Lucky Draw winner selection and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
  3. On announcing the winner KCJPL shall contact the winners on the contact numbers provided. If the winners fail to respond back to KCJPL and/or fail to complete all the requisite formalities within 15 days, the winner shall be disqualified.
  4. Lakhpati vouchers cannot be clubbed with any of other offer going on at that time in KCJPL Stores.
  5. The Lucky Draw dates will be communicated to all eligible customers in advance through WhatsApp or other medium. The Draw dates are subject to change as per discretion of KCJPL. The company-KCJPL doesn’t assume any responsibility for non-delivery of messages or any communication related to the above event for whatsoever reason.
  6. The promotion as well as gratification is subject to force majeure.
  7. These Terms shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any advertising, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the Lakhpati Lucky Draw.
  8. KCJPL reserves the right to use the winners’ names and Lucky Draw entries for promotion and post-coverage of The Lucky Draw on KCJPL’s social media platforms and other platforms.
  9. KCJPL shall not be responsible for any loss or damage, if it has to discontinue or cancel this offer in compliance with any law, ruling, order, regulation, requirement or instruction of any Central/State Government, or for any other unavoidable reason beyond their control.  Participants shall be informed of such discontinuance/cancellation as soon as possible.
  10. All disputes relating to this Lakhpati Lucky Draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at Jamshedpur only.
